Need more information that r u suffering from any medical issues or just need guidance for normal healthy pregnancy.
If it's normal
Then make sure that u r meals in every 2-3 hours,
Try to take atleast 3 fruits daily
Everyday u shud take 4-4 portion of veggies.
Atleast in an entire day take 3-4 lt of water.
Your protein intake shud b high like u can have eggs, paneer, chicken, chole, rajma, sprouts etc.

In first trimester it will close to normal
After that
Second and third there must be an increase and change in your body weight.
And other factors like bp, sugarthyroid level will also depends
Gud noon, pls share in detail if u have any prior medical history like thyroid issues, diabetes, high or low bp issues etc or not n your dietary habits as of now so that i can guide u in a better way.
