Hi Need more information that r u suffering from any medical issues or just need guidance for normal healthy pregnancy. If it's normal Then make sure that u r meals in every 2-3 hours, Try to take atleast 3 fruits daily Everyday u shud take 4-4 portion of veggies. Atleast in an entire day take 3-4 lt of water. Hi Avoid junk , refined , processed , packed food, papaya , pineapple , red meat and sodium content and oil content. Focus on homemade healthy wholesome meals , pomegranate, nuts in moderation and milk .

In first trimester it will close to normal After that Second and third there must be an increase and change in your body weight. And other factors like bp, sugar thyroid level will also depends
