Hello Mam, There is no risk in consuming mangoes throughout the pregnancy if you are not a diabetic.

Try to eat atleast 200 to 300gms of fruits per day. Try to choose variety in fruits.

If the pregnant lady doesn't have sugar issues then she can take mango but the seasonal naturally ripened mangoes.
