Could you please suggest some good Omega3/DHA capsules during pregnancy (2nd trimester)?
There are a lot of fish oil supplements available in the market, but I am not sure which is the best.
I am a vegetarian, and dry fruits (even soaked) do not suit me.
Thank you in advance.

Omega-3, especially DHA, plays a vital role in fetal brain and eye development during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters. Since you are vegetarian and sensitive to dry fruits, a plant-based DHA supplement would be ideal for you. Thankfully, there are several good algae-based (vegan) DHA capsules available that are completely free from fish oil and allergens.
Next Steps
Consult Your Gynaecologist before starting any supplement, even if it's plant-based.
Health Tips
Always check that the supplement is marked “pregnancy safe” and is free from mercury and heavy metals.
Store in a cool place to prevent spoilage.

Its better to naturally support Omega-3 and DHA needs during pregnancy without relying on supplements (or consult your Gynaecologist for better advice), include Omega-3-rich vegetarian foods like flaxseeds, chia seeds, and walnuts in small, tolerable amounts (if they suit you). You can also use cold-pressed flaxseed oil in salads or mix a pinch of ground chia seeds into smoothies or soft foods. Most importantly, focus on a balanced, whole-food diet and regular prenatal check-ups to monitor your and your baby's nutritional needs.

Do not add any supplement or any formulations in 2nd trimester. Most of the formulations are not safe for growing fetuses. You need to add everything through food. If you want to know more you have the option to consult or search on google. All the best.
Absolutely! During your second trimester, your body is growing rapidly- especially the brain and eyes , which is where DHA ( an omega -3 fatty acids) becomes super important.
