Hi Drumstick leaves also known as Moringa ..are too good as they are highly nutritious and delicious too when used in cooking.. you can make a powder out of it by sun drying the leaves..and liberally use in your home cooking recipes.. During pregnancy consuming drumstick leaves helps in increased natural breast milk production after delivery..that is at the point of Lactation.. So it's good overall..as it can be consumed at any point of time.. Good to note part about Drumstick leaves is they contain all the essential amino acids , much more iron, folic acid, calcium and  vitamin A and fiber than any other foods that are available.. Thankyou
