Methi leaves during pregnancy
I am in 28th week of pregnancy. I have been eating methi parathas in lunch and dinner at least once in a week. I just read on internet that it is not advisable to eat methi before 37 weeks. I had small blood clot below placenta and had spotting almost 10 times in my 6th month. Can you please suggest if I should continue eating methi leaves?
