The almighty has empowered every living being to reproduce itself. Motherhood is crowning act in women's feminine life, as desire to have a child is stronger than anything else in her life. The most magical day for women is a day she becomes a mother.
In Ayurveda, Acharya Sushrut mentioned there are four necessary factors for conception that are ritu (season or ovulation), kshetra (field or female reproductive system), beeja (seed or ovum) and ambu (water or nourishing substance).
Ayurveda offers highly-effective and inexpensive treatment option for infertility. Ayurveda is trusted for ages and continues to be the best and safest way to treat infertility.
For your fertility journey, here are a few suggestions I believe can help:
Do’s:
1. Dietary Adjustments:
• Since your vitamin D levels are low, I recommend spending more time in the sun and including vitamin D-rich foods like fortified milk, mushrooms, and fatty fish in your diet. A vitamin D supplement might also be necessary, but it’s best to consult your doctor.
• To nourish your reproductive system, focus on fertility-enhancing foods like almonds, sesame seeds, walnuts, ghee, and dairy products.
• You might want to try Ayurvedic herbs like Shatavari and Ashwagandha to help balance your hormones and improve reproductive health.
• Try to eat warm, cooked, and easy-to-digest meals to promote better digestion and hormone balance.
2. Exercise:
• Gentle, moderate exercise like walking, yoga, or swimming can be beneficial without overexerting yourself.
3. Stress Management:
• Managing stress is key. Practices like yoga, meditation, and deep breathing (pranayama) can help reduce stress, which has a positive impact on fertility.
4. Ayurvedic Cleansing (Panchakarma):
• You may benefit from Ayurvedic detox therapies like Basti and Virechana to cleanse and rejuvenate your body. Consulting an Ayurvedic specialist for this would be helpful.
5. Prioritize Sleep:
• Try to get 7-8 hours of restful sleep every night to maintain hormonal balance.
6. Ayurvedic Supplements:
• Consider taking herbal supplements like Dashamoolarishta and Phala Ghrita (medicated ghee) which are known to support reproductive health.
Don’ts:
1. Limit Caffeine and Alcohol:
• Try to avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods, as they can disturb your hormonal balance and hinder fertility.
2. Environmental Toxins:
• Be cautious of environmental toxins like plastic containers, pesticides, and harsh chemicals in cosmetics or cleaning products. These can affect your fertility.
3. Avoid Over-Exercising:
• While moderate exercise is helpful, excessive or intense physical activity can deplete your body’s energy reserves, so it’s best to avoid overexertion.
4. Cold and Dry Foods:
• Stay away from cold, raw, and dry foods, which can aggravate your Vata and affect fertility. Focus on warm, nourishing meals.
5. Mental Stress:
• Try to avoid excessive emotional stress. Keeping a positive outlook and staying calm can play a crucial role in your fertility journey.
Next Steps
Lifestyle Suggestions:
• Try to keep a consistent daily routine, waking up early, eating meals at regular times, and ensuring you’re getting enough rest. This helps maintain the natural balance in your body.
• Stay hopeful and stress-free during this process. Emotional support and positivity are just as important as physical health.
I hope these suggestions provide some clarity and help you along this journey!
Health Tips
Word of Caution:
• Your vitamin D levels are quite low, and this can affect fertility, so I suggest working with your doctor to boost these levels through supplementation and diet.
• Prolactin is slightly elevated. Keep an eye on this, as it can impact ovulation. Again, consulting with your healthcare provider is key.
• Your AMH (ovarian reserve) is on the lower side, so taking timely steps with the help of a fertility specialist and incorporating Ayurvedic treatments may improve your chances of conception.
• Keep monitoring your TSH and other hormone levels to ensure they stay in balance, as thyroid function can influence fertility.

There are few small reasons for unexplained infertility. Problem can be diagnosed only by an Experienced Gynaecologist.
Consult an experienced ayurvedic gynaecologist in your place.
Your vitamin D levels are critically low which is a sign of hidden inflammation in the body and hence proper daily supplementation is required under medical supervision. Also Tsh levels are not mentioned. Your husband's semen Analysis test is also required. To begin with,
1) start with HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda. This will not only help in reducing inflammation in the body but also help in restoring gut and organ health.
2) Start having Women Health Support & Thyroid Support Potion as prescribed (recipe mentioned in HAIP DIET Cookbook, ).
3) Also add HAIP Super Power Aphrodisiac Rasayana Cheela (recipe mentioned in HAIP DIET Cookbook) twice in a day for your husband. You too can have this.
4) Follow the detoxification and rebalancing techniques mentioned in HAIP DIET Cookbook. Do this for 3 months.
If you need any further assistance for choosing the right ayurvedic formulations and beneficial supplementation you can book a consult for getting personal daily guidance. Don't worry. You will conceive soon.

Check up of the partner is needed . Sometimes a small issue in male partner can also leads to infertility. I will suggest that you should ask your husband to do semen analysis after a 3 day gap in your relation and update the reports. Then continue the treatment after the report because now a days major factor like stress, or high acidity, drinking effects the quality or quantity of sperms or their movements is slowed down. That's why there are chances that may be there would be a problem on the other side. So do the report and if everything thing is normal on his side then we will see what's the issue and we will start treatment.
