Some doubts. She had her last sexual intercourse on 05 October. She got her beta HCG level done on 05 January. It is too late. Any girl would be worried on 06 November if she didn't get her periods by 05 November.

Protected intercourse with previous regular cycles and current missed periods always rule out pregnancy.. Further test will confirm this
