Yes you can 1 or maximum 2 eggs per day and not more than that especially the egg white as it contains many vital amino acids proteins...and you also get some minimal amounts of vitamin d..also..
You can have it for breakfast or mid morning or even for lunch too...
Avoid egg yolk as it's high in cholesterol..or you can have it very occassionally if you wish to ..

Hi, Egg is a good source of Protein and vital elements like Vitamin D and B12. If egg suits you then 1 whole egg and 1 white per day is allowed. Try having it in the first half of the day as its easy to digest. Cook it well either as an omlette or hard boiled but not raw.
