I would like to improve my immunity and for my husband as well during this pandemic situations . Please prescribe any precautionary measures to intake,  vitamins like vitamin c , multivitamins vitamin D etc .. I wanted to seek doctors advise before buying the vitamin capsules online.

Immunity is not guaranteed by just taking supplements. Along with taking the physical precautions against covid, one must have a good health status to ensure efficient immunity. This means you should have an optimum weight and your existing health conditions, if any, are well managed/controlled. Hi, If one should follow a proper lifestyle, it always help to build strong immune system. You can follow a balanced diet which contains good quality protein, fresh fruits and vegetable. You can add citrus fruits like amla, guava, apple,lemon for vitamin C and for vitamin D take sunbathe for 10-15 minutes between 10am- 2pm. Do different kinds of exercises which detoxify the body and improve metabolism. Avoid fast and processed food and should have sound sleep about 6-7 hours.

Supplement of vitamins and minerals is good but it always better to have from food.
