Immunity is not guaranteed by just taking supplements. Along with taking the physical precautions against covid, one must have a good health status to ensure efficient immunity. This means you should have an optimum weight and your existing health conditions, if any, are well managed/controlled. Please get a detailed consultation to at least get your health status assessed and then decide working on it accordingly. Even being obese without any other health issues can increase your risk of covid.

Hi,
If one should follow a proper lifestyle, it always help to build strong immune system. You can follow a balanced diet which contains good quality protein, fresh fruits and vegetable. You can add citrus fruits like amla, guava, apple, lemon for vitamin C and for vitamin D take sunbathe for 10-15 minutes between 10am- 2pm. Do different kinds of exercises which detoxify the body and improve metabolism. Avoid fast and processed food and should have sound sleep about 6-7 hours.
