Hi A glass of lukewarm water and overnight soaked almonds, walnuts or dry fruits can be taken pre workout and post workout you can again have a glass of water with a 5 mins break.. from walk..and then relax for about half an hour and can have the normal breakfast as usually you do.. Water is the best thing to rely upon, and can be taken pre and post workout as that has got many natural minerals in it...which helps in replenishment of some important electrolytes that may be lost after a workout..so you can have plain natural water before and after workouts.. Thankyou

You can have a fruit pre walk. And post workout can be some nuts or eggs or  proteins. Your breakfast can be 30-45 min post workout. It should be a balance of healthy carbohydrates and protein. Consult me on Practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan

Before Morning walk- Opt for some source of fats to provide you sufficient energy to sustain morning walk. You can opt for my favourite bullet coffee (black coffee+ 1 tsp desi ghee/ virgin coconut oil). After morning walk- Grab some smoothie or fruit to restore the replenished energy.
