I have recently joined gym. My instructor suggest me to take supplementary food, protein powder, shakes etc. I have doubt about any artificial food supplements and powders . Can you suggest me natural home made food for pre and post workout please. also suggest fruits and vegetables daily intake. My age is 50 and wight 68 kg.

You can take milk shake , banana shake and sprouts pre workout and protein shake ,paneer sandwich post workout .ask me directly for customized diet plan for you according to your age ,height and weight.
