Post Pregnancy weight loss program
After Delivery C-Section, i gained nearly 20 kg. Now am 68k, but my BMI should be 54. Am feeding my 1 year kid. I want to reduce weight throught healthy diet which should not affect my breastfeeding milk and my kid nutrition. I also want to improve my health nutrition. So please suggest healthy diet to lose weight.

Take enough proteins in your diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take high fiber low fat foods. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Avoid junk and preserved foods completely.
