Post Dengue Weakness
I'm recovered from Dengue my minimum platelets was 105000 and after 7 days last report platelets was 287000 its been 1 month still i am feeling weakness how much time will get to normal?

Dengue fewer with low platelet , takes a long time to recover. Have patience and take healthy low fat and less spicy food keep yourself hydrated more fluid .take More of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables in diet .

Nothing to worry , after viral fevers weakness lasts for 15 days.In case of dengue it takes 1month, for chikungunya 3months, for early recovery take Fresh fruits/  juices,  high protine food, leafy green vegetables, for non veg people avoid mutton , can take fish , chicken.If diet is not improving , take medicines for short time like fortified B- complex.

Post dengue maialgia will last for 2 or 3 months depends on individuals. Good food, plenty of oral fluid intake, adequate excercise will help to recover faster
