Plz do 1. Front of the thigh, quadriceps muscles stretching. 2. Foam roller release for sides of both thighs. 3. Psoas and hip adductor muscles stretching exercises Currently avoid hamstring muscles stretching. Do light iccing for ur swollen labia majora. Do not over massage it.
