I am having very tight hamstring muscles(area where thigh starts)
And when ever i do like any moment..
Whole leg mucles are painfull.. From tight till ankle region of right leg only..
Mainly from back.. Gliteal region.. Inner tight.. Ankle part.
Also i am experiencing only right of labia majora pain..
And its swollen a bit as i tried to do massage since its painfull..
Now is my right labia majora painfull due to tight muscles only?
Is it possible or not?
How can i get treated.. Kindly help..
How can i release my muscles..

1. Front of the thigh, quadriceps muscles stretching.
2. Foam roller release for sides of both thighs.
3. Psoas and hip adductor muscles stretching exercises
Currently avoid hamstring muscles stretching.
