Porn and masturbation
Even though I stopped watching porn but my mind is obsessed with this how to get rid of this? I have also kept masturbation in control but my thoughts are completely obsessed with these things so how can we overcome this.

Porn addiction is pleasurable momentarily But causing distress at end ..your guilty of watching more porn or masturbation. To understand why it is pleasurable on one hand also same time it is consuming most of your time it is distressing too...we need to know more about your lifestory to help you overcome with these habits... psychoanalysis helps in understanding underlying unresolved issues which can manifest as addictions

This is an addiction . Will not go easily. Masturbation is not a crime or a wrong thing to do but when it  gradually becomes an obsession start driving you crazy, you loose control over yourself then it converts into an addiction. Now this needs to be rectified as early as possible. The side effects are that you won't be able to do sex properly later and even won't be able to satisfy your girl which would create performance anxiety ending up in relationship issues.
