Dear client Your exams are your priority. So all screens take a back seat. Keep all your mobile, laptop and tabs in custody of someone who is strict enough. You have to be in company and avoid to be alone. So that you dont start  obsessing.
Next Steps
Make some time for a consultation with psychiatrist because a small dose of antianxiety medicine will be helpful.

Its common issue in this age group, seen many peoples, I won't say patients as this is normal human behaviour , it is not wrong also, only thing is you need understand this as normal behaviour , decrease your worries or tension on this issue, if distress comes down , then you will be able to handle if it is affecting your daily routines and follow steps advised by psychologist Simoni shah , she explained it nicely, if you still not able to control consult psychiatrist we have other options including medications to reduce this behaviour.

Your concern is understandable , but don't worry , calm down as there is a help to this , you are not helpless. It is good that you are wanting to come out of this . Many people fall into this trap but they also come out so relax. Self help Tips. 1 . Trace in your mind and heart strongly the reason for which you have decided to come out and how this habit is blocking you from other things you want to achieve like …. you may be missing on other social or creative activities . As a teenager you have excellent energy level and this is the only time to invest your time in learning things which will make you smarter and talented to stand in society. This habit doesn't let you explore your interest in other areas , which can prove helpful and make you more worth. Certain studies also support the fact that too much of masturbating may lead to erection dysfunction in males in long term So develop a strong will power and decision to come out of this. 2 . Understand that this is going to be a war with your heart so you have to stop listening to it and force your heart to develop different routines. 3 . Increase the gap . It will not happen fast , if you have been doing it at every 3 hours . Start increasing the gap , by first building strong will power and diverting your mind by stepping out of the house , going to gym or dance activity , whatever you like. Since you have exams you can join a library to study. If you feel the crave too much , you just have to pacify  your mind by telling , pl hold it only a little more time . Sometimes your mind becomes baby so for convincing it for the prolonged period you need to give it  hopes . So start prolonging the  gap by 5 hrs gap after 4-5 days 7 hours .....and on . Note your progress daily and also when you couldn't. 4. Identify your triggers … Identify what situation or time span pulls you. Like during bathing , sleeping , morning, with certain ftiends …, avoid porn watching and such surrounding or friends that remind you of this. Become more alert during your triggers. 5 . Develop new interest to divert yourself , specially in triggers music , yoga and exercise release happy molecules in our mind . Socialise yourself , make new friends , join social work n help PPL who are in need , their blessings will life long help you. join some online social networking which is only for friends and outings. Explore yourself and try to discover what else can interest you. You can develop new talents like dance , music etc… 6 . Join sports activity , cricket , football ……or jogging etc This will tire you and you will fall asleep easily. 7. If you still aren't able….approach sex therapist. They have special skills to help this. Talk openly ….. Some therapist also offer medicine. 8 . You have growing hormones right now so these habits and desire do arise but at this age you also have a stubborn and strong will power , use it and strike it out. 9 . Read on practo .. Different doctors opinion about how to come out of masturbation. 10. PPL having this addictions are often found have low self esteem , if this is true for you . Read books , articles to raise your self esteem. 11. People involved in porn life are extremely open to STI and STD. Inspite of using best condoms , people have got infected with STD'S . The WHO ( world health organisation reports declares every day 1 million +  new entries being registered for STD. Search on net statistics on std's , the hidden phase of  the porn life style will help you come out of it Don't worry your will power is your best medicine. You can approach me later , if more urgent I also provide phone Counseling. Simoni shah Mental health counselor Bombay. Goodluck.
