Can u plz see this ecg.. my issue is- heart rate goes till 120 when moving around causing palpitations n anxiety... also sometimes i feel as if i am going to collapse.. i feel confused if its panic or heart trouble.. beat feels irregular

Ecg T inversion in LIII,LAVF ,occ vpc or artifact.If u are having palpitations along with giddiness consider 2D Echo ,24hr holter analysis along with Thyroid profile,Haemogram.24hr picks up arryrhmias if any paroxysmal.If any habits of smoking /alochol.Stop them .And u r maximum heart rare according to your age. can be 190.So dont get panic.But get the investigation done and review with reports
Nothing to worry I think you are over weight and not taking proper diet and rest and also you have sleeping problems and high cholesterol levels and low heamoglobin levels
