I am 23 year old Female, I have been having pain and soreness in my right breast since 20 days, the pain started after i pressed my breast hard during a self check. The pain is sharp, felt more on moving, my periods are normal and i have no discharge.
I got my breast examined by a gynac and got an ultrasound last week which were both clear, the pain went away for a week but since 2 days it is there again.
Pls help and advice what should i do, i am a student so i don't have enough funds to take more consultations :(

I understood your concern and noted the problem as well .I need to ask few more details to make a diagnosis and start treatment and advice which suits you. You can discuss via whatsapp on 971*66*33*129 .
Its more likely due to the examination, reports are normal , or may be due to hormone cycle in females (cyclical mastalgia - which is normal).Don't worry , take a pcm for the pain thats it .Your reports are completely okay so don't worry .
Next Steps
As a healthy female it's important to do breast sonography every 5 years (Should be done routinely in a healthy female for early detection of any issues)
In your case,, the most probable is benign mastalgia (either cyclical or non-cyclical)
1.Cyclical mastalgia (related to hormonal fluctuations
Often bilateral, dull aching or heaviness, occurs before periods.
2.Non-cyclical mastalgia
More likely unilateral, sharp or burning pain.
Can be due to musculoskeletal causes (trauma, large breasts, or stress/anxiety.
Pain coming from chest wall, ribs, muscles
Next Steps
Keep a breast pain diary (relation with cycle)
Supportive bra, warm compresses
Reduce caffeine, high-fat diet, smoking
If severe: evening primrose oil, vitamin E, or NSAIDs (doctor-guided)
Can occur due to hormonal effects, around menstrual cycles.
If pain is more, take one tablet of paracetamol, put some warm compresses.
Tab Evion 400mg one morning and one evening can help.

Hii
In your reports everything seems normal
This is more likely anxity and overthinking u have been fixated to this issue so your mind keeps on looping even if small symptoms or pain reoccurs
Please be reassured there is nothing to worry in your situation
Pain and tenderness could be due to muscle soreness and hormonal fluctuations
Hope this helped you
Thank you
Don't worry.
May be it is due to pressure which u applied after self examination.
Sometimes pain may increase during periods r ovulation.

As it happed after breast exam it is just musculoskeletal injury. Use cold compress . And take diclo two times a day. Absolutely no need to USG as you pressed it hard. Wait for couple of weeks it will subside. Don't waste your money further.ty
Hello Ma’am,
Since your gynecologist’s exam and ultrasound were clear, it is very reassuring — breast pain like this is usually muscular or hormonal, not something serious. With a bit of lifestyle care, posture correction, and stress management it often settles on its own, so don’t worry too much.

Your USG scan is normal which means there's nothing to worry about.
This could be due to a condition called as cyclical mastalgia which occurs every month before your menses.
You could take Primrose oil capsule once daily for three months to reduce it's occurrence.
Use cold compress, tab zerodol sp in the night for 3 days, the pain may also be due to harmonal various in relation to your menses so it might get normalised once harmonal levels come back to normal.
