Pls advice vitamin D and C for daughter
I am looking for best vitamin for my daughter who is 12 year , more of vitamin C and D. And another daughter who is 9 years, thanks.

Dear user, For vitamin D, take exposure in sun for 20 mins before 10 am, For vitamin C, you can include citrus fruits like orange lemon and amla and veg like cauliflower and broccoli capsicum in diet

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Check your daughters weight in kilograms. Depending on the Vitamin D levels, consult a paediatrician and then supplement can be included. Vitamin C intake of 100 mg per day from foods like amla, guava can be given.

Hi Why you want to give Vitamin D to your daughter, have you got her Vitamin D checked ? If she have a deficiency of Vitamin D then she have to take a Vitamin D rich foods and supplement depending on her levels. For vitamin C rich foods you can include citrus fruits and  vegetables like 1. Orange 2. Kiwi 3. Amla 4. Kale 5. Broccoli 6. Bell peppers 7. Tomatoes 8.
