Hai, I have thyroid and PCOs problem. Basically I am a vegetarian. My hemoglobin level 10.5 I am trying to convince. I want to reduce 15kg. Also need to increase hemoglobin level. So please provide proper diet for me. My weight 77 kg Height 164 CM.
