Hi...different types of rice will give you different calories..100 g of white rice will give you 257 calories same if you are taking raw rice it will give you different amount of calories and brown rice will give you different calories it always recommend to consult with dietician for knowing your calories intake and food intake...first we need to know your daily calories intake then need to divide it in 3 meals and 2 snacks...we always recommend eat small but frequently and focus on nutrients rather than calories...you should include all variety and types of food groups in your daily food intake
