I m getting treated for piles in ayurveda i had got tied thread yesterday it is so painful wen ll the pain reduce? Today I had passes stool n little bleeding is this natural to bleed and how long will it take the piles to fall off once tied thread pls suggest..

This will depend on how your body heals and what your treating doctor says.
Don't put pressure during defecation. You must follow your diet and lifestyle.
Pain may take 4-5 days to reduce...
But if you feel post operative it's cured then you are in misconceptions...

Piles is the bulging of blood vessel . we are tieing the blood vessels with medicated thread so that the blood supply to the piles cut off and the tissue dead and falls off.Usually it falls off on 8th day.Sometimes little bleeding may come. It is.ok.The pain will getting reduced on the third day onwards,to reduce the pain sitz bath is adviced
