Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should take sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of some soothing ointment or coconut oil in the anal region 2-4 times daily. For normal bowel movement; you may take some stool softening medicine like Haritaki powder. For further support you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.
