Hi , No need to worry. Your infection is slightly raised. Better you do Chest xray , Ecg . Do Kidney function test , Liver function test , Random sugar to look for cause related to pedal edema . F/u sos & contact .

Hrct chest  crp, albumin  in serum, Cbc report shows Raised wbc count  means infection.  Supported  by raised esr. Confirm  by x ray chest or hrct chest. Till than Tab clavum625 three times a day after food for ten days.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.  Chymoral forte three times a day after food for ten days.  Montek lc one at night for 7 days. Tab lacilacton one in alternate day for five tab  in ten days. Low salt diet.

Get done one chest x-ray PA view and ECG. By the time take tablet PARACETAMOL 650mg as needed (within 6hrs interval). Watch for breathlessness, sweating. If yes,get done cardiac marker test.
