Hi, thank you for your enquiry.
Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You need to cut down on total carbohydrates especially cereals like white rice and its products like poha, maida based products such as biscuits, noodles, bread and sweet fruits especially banana and mango. Exercise 4-5 days/week which includes weight training is mandatory. Increase intake of vegetables except potato and sweet potato.

Hello,
Thank you for the query. Will surely help you.
With some healthy lifestyle changes and proper diet, you can focus on improving your current health condition. It is good to know that you are trying to go in for a more holistic and sustainable approach. However, we would need to know more about your medical history, daily schedule and food habits to plan a cutomised diet. Some tips for a better overall health are:
- Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
- Include good amount of complex carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats in your diet
- Avoid consumption of added sugar which is usually present in packaged and processed foods and junk food.
- Don't skip any meals and consume small and frequent meals throughout the day and maintain portion sizes.
- Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
-Get yourself proper rest and sleep. Minimize stress levels.
Hope this information helps.
