Hello If you want to get treatment for your health problem, It is advisable to consult an Ayurveda doctor, instead of taking self medication. he will advise 1. As per your problem solution 2. As per your prakriti 3. Without quality it will not work, so its better than self choice of medicines. 4. We are never open our vehicle for self repairing, which can buy new one if its garbage, but we never buy new body, but always try to repair ourselves without guidance of its mechanical expert ( Doctor)... Your perfect answer everything is not safe to all and without perfection may it make your body system disturbed, by taking over dose or less doe, by taking not good quality, by taking opposite of your body constitution.. It's always better to understand your prakriti first to take any herbs. These herbs are indeed aphrodisiac, stamina enhancers in action but at your age, it's better to consult an Ayurveda practitioner first.
Next Steps
After doing your detailed nadee pareeksha or prakriti analysis, the suitable herbs can be given to you if you are having any issues. Else, with a proper diet and lifestyle guidance only, you can have great health !
