I have always had regular and normal periods. This month the flow is lighter than usual and only lasted 2 days. 3rd day, it is very less. Usually, my period lasts for around 4 days.
Is it normal ?

Hello,
You can do the following things-
1. Blood tests like- CBC, HPLC, Iron Profile, Serum Prolactin, Thyroid Profile, Fasting & PP sugar, HbA1C
2. Ultrasound (lower abdomen & pelvis)
3. To see whether you are under constant physical and mental stress/ have some chronic illness/ condition.
4. To see whether you are taking any medication for some chronic disorders (like psychiatric medications, some kind of hormonal therapy, chemotherapy, etc)
Before we consider the less flow during periods as normal
Ensure that you are BMI is in the healthy range
You are not pregnant
Your thyroid levels are normal
If all these things are normal its okay to have less flow during periods
