My sister aged 28 had a master check up last month and was reported to have pcos, severe throid, higher insulin resistance levels, and also gall bladder and kidney stones. She is 74 kgs weight and 5.4 tall. Doctors have warned to reduce weight. She even goes to gym. Also heard that not to take millets in diet as it increases goitre.

According to her height her ideal weight should be 49 kgs.she needs to reduce 15 kgs.she needs to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
