Hello doc i am 30 yrs married female ( no kid)..I am facing pcos with minor thyroid problem. Dr suggest me krimsom 35 for two months and thyronorm -25...my mijor concern is my weight m 65 kg with 5'2...I want to losse 10 kg... Plz suggest somthing

Hello, Since you have pcos and thyroid you have gained weight ,you must take regular medicines without default , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries.In medical term person more than 30 BMI are called obese. For weight looks normal.
