Pcos improvement
I am attaching my three months ago ultrasound and i was diagnosed with pcos also I was having irregular periods back then so my gyane prescribed my krimson 35 and corectia m for three months so recently I had an ultrasound which said the ovary size is not bulky, it's dimensions and volume are within the normal range also I have lost 3-4 kgs weight( but increased stromal echogenicity and peripherally arranged tiny follicles are still there, no dominant follicles was there), is my pcos improving or I am on the same slab like three months ago, do I need more treatment or I should be on my own?

Ovarian volume more than 10 CC is diagnostic of pcos So you are a patient of pcos the only treatment is to exercise and maintain a healthy BMI if you are maintaining a healthy bmi you do not require any treatment

Please share latest reports also Were your periods irregular when you were started in krimson 35? Usg alone is not a diagnostic criteria of PCOS. If periods are regular and you don't have any other issues no treatment is required
