Hi, I am attaching my ultrasound and blood reports related to pcos and my query is if my prolactin levels and glucose levels were in normal range(prolactin 11.89 and glucose is 134) except for the pelvis ultrasound then why my doctor diagnosed me with pcos, also I have gained weight and I had irregular periods. Thank you

The diagnosis of PCOs is by an ultrasound where the ovarian volume is more than 10 CC so your doctor has absolutely correctly diagnosed as a patient of pcos
