Hi ,
Could you please help with diet plan for PCOS. Actually I don't find multiple options for breakfast and other meals. Just I know like we need to include protein + high fiber diet in our meal. But if someone can help with actual diet plan/meals that will be very helpful.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet .Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Breakfast is very important meal and one should have it regularly in proper way. You can include fruits, leafy vegetables, others vegetables and complex carbohydrates, these are sources of dietary fibre. Egg, dahi/ yoghurt, paneer, soyabean, almond, sprouts etc are good source of protein. There are some seeds which you can include in your diet, like Fenugreek seeds which are helpful in maintaining menstrual cycle.
