For pcos you need to have some healthy lifestyle modifications.you need to reduce your weight. For sustainable and healthy weight loss you need to balance diet and regular exercise.  Diet should be rich in complex carbohydrates proteins and fibre rich foods. To plan a diet I need to take a detailed diet history.
