Dear Practo user You can reduce weight.pcos won't stop u from losing weight. Unless u have intolerance ,there is no need to cut down gluten or lactose. If u r a person not doing exercises till date start with normal walk and hit the goals like 5k then 8k then 10k steps. Hi, Sure you can loose weight without avoiding gluten and dairy products. Your ideal body weight should be 55 kg.  To reduce weight you should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet and exercise in regular basis. Include more complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, leafy and other vegetables. Drink 3 litre water per day. Do different kinds of exercises like free hand, high cardio and yoga atleast for 30 minutes in a day. You should have a sound sleep about 6-7 hours.
