Pcod. Periods more than 12 days
I was diagnosed with pcod in 2020, started medicines but I couldn't tolerate medicines so I went off medicines and started exercising and eating well. For the last one year I have had regular periods but in the last 3 months I had no periods then this January periods came, 5 days were proper but now periods are not stopping, very light it is but it's there I get to know this while using the washroom else it's soo less that even napkins is 99% not used! (More than 12 days) What to do for this mild period not going?

The only treatment of pcos is to exercise and maintain a healthy bmi Bleeding or spotting more than 7 days total is not normal This abnormal bleeding is unrelated to pcos U need investigations to find out the reason treatment can be offered accordingly
