Partial tear of ACL ligament of leg knee
Due to accident I injured on dated 18.02.2022. Found leg move during walking ,also light pain observed .so use belt to stop movement & not fold the leg according to doctor prescribe . Now what can I Do.

According to the report it says you are having a ligament tear which requires arthroscopic reconstruction which you may know as दूरबिं operation

Looks like ACL is injured. If you are getting instability, its better to undergo surgery. In tye meantime keep taking pain killers. And start physio once pain settles
