I am having very small painless ulcer in my left cheek just above the wisdom teeth from last 6 days. I don't have any sort of discomfort with it.
I searched on internet and it is showing that painless ulcer is sign of oral cancer. I don't chew tobacco or smoke. Pls guide me what to do. I am very tensed.

Please attach clinical picture.
Get an OPG X-ray done.
It might be due to your wisdom tooth is erupting or due to cheekbite.
Don`t worry, every painless thing is not cancer.
