Pain while sitting on office chair
Pain while sitting long on office chair while getting up get lot of pain in Ass not back bottom bone also. Facing this problem since 2-3months

What I can understand FROm query as you might be sitting while slouching so I would advise sit on the chairs touching your hips to the back of the chair. Keep changing your postures after every 45 to 1 hour Keep on doing little bit of stretching exercises

Hi.. Ur problem  is due to bad posture sitting  its developed pain..first u have to  change ur postural correction  consult near by good physiotherapist
