With constant sitting; a disc, misalligned pelvis, facet joint of spine can bring on pain. Please do take breaks every 40 mins(very important) A physiotherapist could assess your posture and suggest strategies but start with taking breaks.... - Vit D3 and B12 deficiency (more Vit D3) could bring on aches and pains. This could be an additional factor.
Next Steps
hard to suggest exercises unless it is assessed. Cold packs could help if there is burning pain(sign of inflammation)
Health Tips
do not do any streneous exercise or lifting etc....at this stage take a physio appt.
