Pain near Anus
I am feeling alot of pain near my Anus when i excrete in the morning. It feels like there is like a pimple which pains only while excreting. What should I do which doctor to consult ?

Dear patient it may be hemorrhoids, You need to follow following instructions:- LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS 1-High fibre diet. 2-Avoid constipation. 3-Hot sitz bath. 4-Lignocaine(ANOVET application). Antibiotics as required .

Ointment Anometrogyl 2 time per day on the anal canal. Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and immunity.
