Hello sir, your symptoms suggest piles or anal fissure, which can cause burning and pain without bleeding. For now, take a high-fiber diet, drink plenty of water, and do sitz baths; avoid straining. You should consult a general surgeon or tests are usually not needed unless symptoms persist or worsen. I hope it helps you. If more questions are in your mind, you can reach me for a free detailed consultation on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine.
