Hello.  If your job is sitting and working,  have frequent breaks at work place.  Morning stiffness will be relieved from hit fermentation. 15 minutes each time twice a day.  Kindly avoid pain killers. If the pain persisting,  have 5 days of physiotherapy sessions which includes TENS and ULTRASOUND therapies. You'll be fine in quick time. Good day.
