If I were to see you, i do have a few follow up questions like when tidies the pain come and go, what makes it worse/better, how is the pain like first thing in the morning, does it gradually get worse or better as the day goes by? Do you also have instability/feeling of giving way in your legs/any lower back pain? How did all of this begin? Was there a defined root cause/mechanism of injury or trauma? All of these questions will give me a solid background of its root cause, to understand if the pain is originating from a muscle group/nerves/joint/poor blood supply,etc. From the slightest information I have, it could cue me into considering referring nerve symptoms from the lower back. I would highly recommend a detailed consultation offline>online (online works as well if offline isn’t possible) as soon as you can. The more you delay addressing it, the more time it’ll take for it to recover as your body adapts.

I would recommend a consultation with a good physio or a good neurologist (who doesn’t recommend injections/surgery as the first line treatment).

Definitely movement is medicine here, keep moving around more frequently, avoid prolonged sustained posture in sitting or standing, move ideally every 15-20mins

Hi, seems there is some nerve tension at your spine which is traveling down your legs and giving you sharp pain till your feet. painkillers will help you mask up the pain and give a short term effect while not really working on the root cause. Plus considering your age there seems too much of muscle de conditioning and improper blood flow in legs. correct evaluation will help to target the weak muscles and nerves along with some more investigation.
