Pain around eye when I look at something

Muscle around eye contract when I look at something followed by lot of pain around eye and in occipital area So I can't read write ,watch t v or take up a job Muscle contraction takes place at night also is relieved only with lot of extra sleep .so forced to take sleeping pills and sleep a lot more for relief this is life altering
