Pain in testicle while lying down
I am having pain in testicle while lying down but it goes away while standing it's not a sharp pain but a dull aches and my scrotum also feels saagy. I am not under any medication and have had this pain for the past 2 days. Please tell me how to cure

Dull ache in the scrotum can mean alot of things.
For this a proper consultation and inspection is required in the clinic.
