Pain killers can help only temporarily.  The reason of  pain can be a cavity or tooth fracture. It needs to be checked  and appropriate treatment needs to be started. You can take a video consultation if a visit is getting  delayed and then visit the clinic for Xray.

According to severity of the pain, I strongly recommend visiting a dentist immediately. After taking an X-ray, the dentist will assess the current condition of the tooth to determine the extent of the issue. This will help us decide whether a root canal treatment (RCT) is necessary, if medication can resolve the problem, or if extraction is required. In the meantime, please avoid relying heavily on painkillers, as they may not address the underlying issue and can have adverse health effects.
Next Steps
Visit dentist as soon as possible
Health Tips
Don't take too much painkiller , and avoid eating from painful side . Take soft diet. Avoid hard food.

While medications may offer temporary relief from dental pain, they do not address the underlying issue. For a long-term and definitive solution, it is essential to consult a dentist without delay.  Clinical examination along with an X-ray (radiograph) will help determine the cause, and if necessary, a Root Canal Treatment (RCT) should be carried out promptly to prevent further complications. Delaying it can make things worse, so don’t wait too long!
Next Steps
Visit the Dentist soon, don't wait too long.
Health Tips
Do not take more than 2 painkillers a day. Rinse your mouth after every meal and don't let the food to lodge near that tooth. Visit the Dentist and get your treatment on time.
