Take Tab. Chymoral forte(6)                   (1-0-1) × 3days after food           Tab. Pan 40 (3)                    (1-0-0) before food This will give you relief from pain and swelling. But  it would have been better if we could see a clinical picture of your teeth and face.
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist because you need a thorough clinical and radiographic examination.
Health Tips
Brush twice daily. gargle with warm salt water thrice daily.
