Ear Pain while chewing

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Since today afternoon I have this shooting pain in one of my ears while chewing food. And sometimes while swallowing saliva. It started while I was having lunch. Now at night that pain has radiated to one side of my head. While I chew on the other side of my mouth the pain is less intense.
