Pain in left ear and left Tmj area also left part of the face including nose eyes. Blocked nose. Does it because of TMJ inflammation??X ray of affected TMJ is attached

Tmj looks normal on the OPG provided .the symptoms could be because of sinusitis as TMJ issues don't cause pain around eyes or nose .
