Pain in nerve of hand
I go for dance class. During a warm-up exercise, my left hand was stretched by my tutor. Since then there is a lump kind of thing just near my under arm on my arm and a constant pain in my nerve. I am unable to stretch and move my hand properly. It's been a week now. Please suggest. Thanks
